Return Policy:

All returns must first be approved by our staff if you send something back to us without autorization or an :RMA: we reserve the right

to reject such request and buyer will need to pay for shiping charges back to them.

We handle all returns as exchanges unless we are out of stock, in case we are out of stock then we will refund the money,

Otherwise we treat it as exchange. We must inspect a returned item (buyer pays return shipping) then verify it before sending out a replacement.

How To Return: Please follow these simple steps below!

Step 1 : Get an authorization ticket number from us by contacting us via email first. (Do not mail anything back to us without getting authorization first)

Step 2: Include your order number and reason for return in this message.

Step 3: You will get a Reply From Us with a Return Authorization Number.

Step 4: (IMPORTANT) Put the RMA (Return Authorization Number) return package ON THE BOX OR ON A SHEET OF PAPER INSIDE THE BOX. VERY IMPORTANT DO NOT SEND US ANYTHING BACK WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER - IF YOU DO WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY SUCH RETURN WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER.

Step 5: Mail Package Back To Us, Please allow 5-6 business days to receive your replacement phone in the mail. We mail back to you.

No returns accepted without first obtaining an RMA Number. Please obtain an RMA# BEFORE returning products for any reason, link can be found above, under contact us. RMA # is valid for 30 days. Order Discrepancies Must Be Reported Within 7 Days of Invoice date.

Important when you purchase an item from us you agree to the following.. A 20% Re-Stocking Fee for all Non-Defective no matter the reason, all items or if buyer does not agree to exchange product and we have in stock returned with RMA#. NO return requests after 15 Days of Invoice. All defective OEM accessory product/ warranty issues must be taken to the manufacturer.

PLEASE READ LISTING THOROUGHLY BEFORE PURCHASING ITEM…. An option of a refund for the item is accepted only if we are out of stock of the item, otherwise it will be treated as an exchange. If you do not agree to an exchange it a refund is being requested will incurr a 20% percent restocking fee is taken out of the amount that is being refunded. All items being returned for a refund must be returned in the same condition as received, including all accessories and packaging materials. If any item is missing from the original package a fee will be applied for the cost of the replacement.
